So this is Mabel from the show Gravity Falls.
Mabel has so many different sweaters it is awesome!!
I didn't know how to make it look like it was lit up (because this sweater she plugs into the wall).
So I outlined all the stars with glitter gel pens.
Tools: Craft paper, gel pens, tape, glue, scissors and an exacto knife.
